⚖️ Terms of Service for AppFable

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and AppFable (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of our mobile application (the “App” or “Service”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the App.

2. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account password and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

• Billing: You agree to pay all charges or fees at the prices then in effect for your purchases, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts.
• Subscriptions: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation is permitted at any time, but no refunds will be provided. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated by AppFable or required by law.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our prices or fees at any time, provided that we notify you in advance of any such changes.

4. User Conduct and Restrictions

Users of the App agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or networks.
• Use the App to distribute viruses, worms, or other harmful computer code.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC)

If the App allows you to create, submit, or post content (UGC), you retain all ownership rights in your UGC. However, by posting UGC, you grant AppFable a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your UGC in connection with the App and AppFable’s business.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The entire contents of the App, including all code, visuals, features, and functionality, are owned by AppFable and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from copying, modifying, reproducing, distributing, or reverse-engineering any part of the App without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided to you on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. AppFable makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included in the App. We do not guarantee that the App will be free of errors or interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will AppFable be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
